About Florida Learning Curve, Inc.

Florida Learning Curve, Inc. was born from the experiences of our parent company Delphi Analytical Services, Inc. Delphi, which has been in business for over nine years, provides products and delivers consulting services to companies which are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  There are several common themes, trends and deficiencies Delphi sees when working with these companies.  In particular, Delphi often encounters poorly written or non-existent standard operating procedures (SOPs) and even more significantly, inadequate training and qualification on those procedures. What evolved from these observations uncovered during consultation is the patent pending process for creating Customized Learning And Assistive Software (CLAAS™). 

Customized Learning And Assistive Software (CLAAS™) Training Tools

CLAAS™ Training Tools are customized electronic training instruments which are created with expertly edited video and audio. They take the form of electronic documents which are hyperlinked to video, audio, and still images that show and describe an individual executing specific job tasks or skills. Their effectiveness arises from the end user being able to see, hear and re-experience their own performance and execution of their targeted job skills.
